Great Day for Up!

When I was little one of my favorite books was "Great Day For Up!" by Dr. Seuss. Up ears, up whiskers, tails! Up girls and women, boys and men!

But my favorite line was the last line in the book. And it fits. Oh, it fits so well as an adult.

"Except for me. Please go away. No up. I'm sleeping in today."

      Sleeping in would be fantastic, but I'm afraid my brain wakes me up at half past six. Without. Fail.
